About This Role
We are seeking a polished, highly organized, Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our fast-paced, high-volume real estate office. This role is critical to ensuring a professional client experience while supporting agents and administrative staff with daily office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, manages competing priorities with ease, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
Job Duties will include:
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic file management
• Coordinate conference room usage
• Maintain confidentiality of client, agent, and company information at all times
• Validate parking tickets.
• Handle payments in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices,
• Retrieving messages from voicemail and forwarding to appropriate personnel
• Other general clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Ability to pass a background/drug screen as it pertains to the position
• 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist role with heavy phone/multiple line experience
• Customer Service experience / personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience using Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel
• Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail oriented work ethic with ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities
• Must be a positive presence, enthusiastic, energetic, approachable, and excited to be the face of the office
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
